...Monika's NEP includes Aspect 4. Did you even read the profile, man?
Plus iirc NEP 2 makes one immune to almost anything not on that level anyway.

Nah, NPI needs feats, otherwise these abilities lose their purpose (otherwise everyone with NPI will be able to affect Concepts too).
NEP 2 is something beyond both existence and non-existence, and Chara hasn't anything that deep.

Pretty sure that Monika stomps here. Also this MU has been done time and time again and each one has pretty much arrived at "Chara gets ploxhaxed into the dirt."

Jesus Christ why are y'all voting Chara? Does any of you have any idea of what NEP Nature 2 even is lmao?
This is the 3rd person blindly voting Chara without even reading Monika's profile, and it's worrying.
Monika's EE is not only faster (thought vs slash), but also is more fundamental as it targets Type 1 Concept, Type 2 Info, History and Plot at once, and reduced the victim in a NEP 2 state, and Chara is only NEP 1.
Plus nothing Chara can do can stop Monika as her NEP covers whatever Chara (or anyone in UT, really) does.
