Plus you should use Piccolo's first key because Bison is baseline 7-B (picc still has the ap tho)

I wouldn't say baseline especially if the other keys are used. (Black moon bison might be way stronger but that'll be for a later revision)

Also he used it against Ryu, all of the dolls, rose after leaving her body, and tried to with juri (though she was just playing along the whole time)

While although piccolo has more abilities, bisons are all in all better for this fight
