My knowledge on anything other than Madoka magica and the first season of magia record is quite limited, but i believe it was shown here when madoka saved homura from walpurgisnacht. i believe that's what this is referring to:

• White Light of Salvation: Any enemies near Madoka shall be purified, one-shotted by a white light.

Which bypasses witch barriers as if they weren't there (Since ordinary humans can't really see witches, let alone harm them in madoka magica) If not, then it's definitely somewhere in the games or magia record, but i think that's what this is is referring to.
