Majin Buu vs The Runner

Since speed is equalized, the only thing The Runner has going for him is his Cosmic Energy Manipulation and Matter Manipulation. The Runner seems to be low on hax compared to other Marvel characters, which will put him at a disadvantage against Buu, who has much more hax than other average Dragon Ball characters.
With Buuhan, from the Cell calc putting Cell at ~1,000 Foe, we can say that through the SSJ Multipliers Buuhan can responably be at around over 10,000 Foe; while his bare minimum is 2,000 Foe, just in case people don't care for the SSJ Multipliers.
This puts Buuhan at over 10x The Runner's strength, and with speed equalized, Buu also has Magic, Absorption, Power Mimicry, Healing, Afterimages, Transmutation into candy, and Mid-High Regen.
Buu gets my vote, and even if this is supposed to be Fat Buu, we can still use the bare minumum I listed before as his strength resonably; and Fat Buu would still have all of these abilities.

The 387kilofoe calcs weren't accepted if I remember correctly, so that doesn't matter; if that's what you mean by that question.Graf Thorsdottir said:

calc's in Surfer's page. Comments in the calc pretty much accepted the mid end of 387 kiloFoe

The HIGHEST I will put Buuhan at is ~130kilofoe, but that's only through scaling of super saiyan multipliers and assuming SSJ Gotenks is equal to SSJ3 Goku from the Buu Saga. Even then, Buuhan would lose physically, but he still has his hax.
But as told to me before, apparently this site doesn't use the SSJ multipliers for some reason, so I can only reasonably put Buuhan at, through absorbing someone stronger than SSJ3 Goku, who is stronger than SSJ2 Goku, Who is stronger than the Cell Games SSJ2 Gohan, who killed the 1kilofoe Cell, at ~10kilofoe without any more assumptions or multipliers

Runner has a big AP advantage, I'm just wondering why choose him if you're gonna equalize speed lol.
