So, much like Death Note, Jungle Book is often downgraded as a "pathetic, fodder verse". Well, today I will prove to you that the Jungle Book series is very powerful.
First of all, I propose a page made for Composite King Louie, as to get the absoloute strongest character possible. Now, lets start with the power of Composite King Louie.
Attack Potency:
To begin, lets talk about a mouse.
The 2013 shorts of Mickey Mouse commonly reference other disney media, furthermore characters that appear in Mickey shorts (see the previous link, as that has the characters)appear in Kingdom Hearts Thus, it can be concluded that Kingdom Hearts Mickey is the same Mickey as 2013 Mickey. This will be important later. Now, it's important to show how powerful Kingdom Hearts Mickey is. Well, we have to note that the Kingdom Hearts are "above" any human: "And when Kingdom Hearts is complete, it is said the one who opens its door will bring about the creation of the Next World. Such a feat is above any human. Or, to put it a different way: whoever opens that door will be reborn as something far greater than human.Light and darkness are two sides of the same coin; without darkness, there is no light. The Keyblade wielders' great war over Kingdom Hearts was fought by defenders of the light, servants of darkness, those who sought to reconcile the two, and those motivated by nothing more than lust for power. A whole spectrum of thought was swept into the conflict, and the worlds that did not go to war found the war brought to them. Meaning that the Kingdom Hearts transcend any human. Now, how powerful are humans? Well,the heartlesses are capable of destroying universes one by one and it's established that worlds are universes, and since humans are capable of defeating heartlesses, then that means that Kingdom Hearts transcends 4D beings, and is thus logically 5D.
Now, why would Mickey scale? Well, Ansem absorbed the Kingdom Hearts , meaning he is logically 5D as well. Mickey is capable of smacking Ansem away (When he still had the Kingdom Hearts absorbed btw)with only a fraction of his power. Furthermore, Mickey is capable of fighting against Xenmas after he absorbed a broken Kingdom Hearts that was nearly complete meaning it logically scales to the true one. Furthermore, Mickey was capable of oneshotting two darksides, and one Darkside is capable of fighting Chain of Memories Sora who is far stronger than Kingdom Hearts Sora.Given that it is accepted that the general one-shot formula is 7.5 times, then one-shotting two Darksides means that Mickey is 15 times more powerful than Sora who beat Ansem. Now, why does this scale back to King Louie? Simple, King Louie was capable of chasing Mickey away , implying that Mickey couldn't have put up a fight. Given that Mickey has not shown to stray away from combat, it can be concluded that Mickey simply can't keep up in a fight with King Louie. That means that King Louie is around 15 times baseline High 2-A (However, we also have to note that one-shot values vary in fiction, so King Louie could be lower or higher than 15 times. Also, we don't know to what degree King Louie is superior to Mickey). This scales to all the Jungle Book characters. Why? Because based on what we've shown, we know that animated films in the disney franchise are connected to eachother, which explains why Mickey is the same person every film he's in, because if his films and media are connected, then this should logically extend to Disney itself. However, this doesn't scale to the live action films because they are awful and are just retellings of the animated movies and thus logically aren't connected. So, this should scale to everyone as they are apart of the same dimensional plane.
Speed:
King Louie is capable of keeping up with Mickey Mouse, who was ready to square up against Ansem-Riku, who was clapping Roxas. In that same scan it's shown that Roxas was clapping normal Riku before hand. Riku was capable of keeping up with Young Xehnanort who transcends time. Even as a lower-tier feat, Mickey is capable of moving in a place without time, meaning Mickey is at bare minimum Infinite Speed. So, in conclusion, King Louie is immesurable in speed. This would scale to everyone logically, but if you want to go by feats then Baloo and Bagheera since they were capable of keeping up with King Louie in a chase.
Durability:
Not really a lot to go over since logically speaking King Louie's durability scales to his AP.
Haxes:
This is where the fun begins.
Lets start with simple basic stuff:
Brodway Force (Mowgli and Baloo were dancing with King Louie , despite the fact that both of them showed anger at King Louie earlier. Proof is in the same scan)
Resistance to Brodway Force (Can snap out of brodway force once he figures out that you're not a monkey)

Non-Existent Physiology and Immortality (Type 7) (In Jungle Book 2, Bagheera makes a comment that King Louie is "splitsville", which sadly implies that are beloved King Louie is dead. However, we see King Louie alive and well in the 2013 Mickey Mouse shorts and other media. We know that this is the real King Louie because the Vultures before this scene are exactly the same birds as in the Jungle Book, and once again the 2013 shorts have a habit of referencing other Disney media, so this is King Louie. Given that we're making a composite king louie profile, we are merging versions of King Louie that are both dead and not dead, which would give him Non-Existent Physiology and Type 7 Immortality)

We'll explain why Baloo has these abilities in a minute)

Since Baloo logically scales to King Louie in AP, speed, and durability, we'll just go over his haxes
Probability Manipulation and Causality Manipulation ( Baloo was successfully able to get a banana with the contents inside and made sure Mowgli got a banana without the contents inside. Given how Mowgli gives an angry expression at Baloo means that Baloo was the one who caused this. Why would this be both Causality Manipulation and Probability Manipulation? Well, we know that probability manipulation is the ability to alter probability, allowing the unlikely more likely to occur, and vise versa. Baloo was able to manipulate probability so that he could get the banana with the contents inside ( a very likely scenario) and was able to make it so that Mowgli would not get a banana with the contents inside (a very unlikely scenario). Again, Mowgli gave an angry expression at Baloo meaning that Baloo was the one who caused this. Causality Manipulation is "The user can redirect any cause to any effect, undo anything by inverting the relation cause/effect, or even separate them entirely, making a specific effect impossible to be caused or a specific cause not producing any effect.", so how does this apply to this situation? Well, the one important for this case is "a specific cause not producing any effect", because in this case, Mowgli's cause (Picking up a banana from a tree) and what would be a reasonable effect (Getting the contents of the peel inside). However, in this case, he gets no effect (He doesn't get the contents inside the banana), therefore this event is directly affecting causality. And Baloo was the one who caused it as explained earlier in this profile. So, in conclusion: Baloo has both probability manipulation and Causality Manipulation.)
Mind Manipulation (In the song "Bare Necessities" Baloo says the following quote: "The Bees are buzzing in the tree to make some honey just for me, which implies that the bees made honey specifically for him. The problem is that bees and bears are enemies, meaning logically speaking the bees wouldn't make honey for him. Thus, Baloo manipulated their minds in order for them to make money for him. Also, given that they are making it in any given tree, that means that Baloo is doing this passively)
Attack Negation (An attack from Shere Khan didn't even leave a flesh wound on Baloo, which doesn't logically make sense)
Teleportation (Baloo was able to get from one side of the arena to the other in a short amount of time. Given that Mowgli and Shante jumped to the statue, it implies that there weren't any other ways to go to the other side except by jumping. Yet Baloo was able to get onto the other side without jumping to the statue. That means Baloo has -plot armor- teleportation)
Keep in mind that King Louie and Mowgli scale to this. King Louie is the father of Baloo and Mowgli is the cousin of King Louie, so they all hax-scale by default. Also, Baloo hax-scales to all of King Louie's haxes since he's his son.

Energy Manipulation (Capable of making a jump that a tiger couldn't. Logically a tiger's jump is superior to a human's jump, which means that Mowgli must have been manipulating kinetic energy. It's not lazy writing at all, it proves that Mowgli is super strong!)
Physics Manipulation (one of the abilities of physics manipulation is manipulating Momentum, which would apply to Mowgli given that he was able to manipulate the momentum of Shere Kahn)
These haxes scale to King Louie and Baloo for the reasons mentioned above

Hypnosis (Describes his abilities as hypnosis )
