Round one :Maleficen stomps then Voldie resurrects via Horcrux and stirkes her with AK from behind, hovever she can resurrect via remembrance so it is inconlusive or Voldie dies at eight attempt.

Round two: Same, because despite the profile stats Voldemord did not get any power boost from Elder Wand as he was never master of it (mastership went that way: Grindenwald->Albus->Draco->Harry as far as i remember).

probably Maleficent unless Voldemort could keep her permanently under imperius. Voldie's immortality is overrated, smart character will realize that goal is to capture him and make him permanently asleep/frozen... Here maleficent would make him sleep until prince charming comes and kisses him.

It could be inconclusive, since Maleficent would have no idea about horcruxes, and even where they are.

It could go to Maleficent if she is able to freeze/put him permanently to sleep. (unless this fight is to true "death", then its guranteed inconclusive)
