No, "Appopriate Aspect" refers to the NEP characters, because basically NEP Nature cannot stand alone it must be accompanied by Aspects. DT said that R>F was enough to delete / incap NEP characters in the lower dimension except the NEP characters has a type 5 aspect i.e plot aspect.

Graham's type 5 is for lacking History/Narrative, and you know that ability that eques has that was bringed for Plot Manipulation but got rejected? Yeah that as well. Also plot aspects and relateds includes history and or narrative.
