March gets the bouncy balls, sword, and gun. Fifteen doesn't really have equipment

Unlike with Foil, March kinda matches Fifteen's sheer dumb precog with her own ability for insane accuracy and whatnot

How long would they have to stall for Fifteen to mentally timestop, again?

March seems to hold the advantage in abilities with Physics Manipulation, Power Nullification and Durability Negation. Also seems to be resistent to Precognition which will cancel Fifteen one.

While Fifteen hold the advantange of superior stats.

@dmua Not viable. SBA puts him on a full dose of Chronos. She does have Sting though, so he can just die.

@Zara Fifteen can just 1 shot her physically here, since 9-B. The physics manip, power null, and dura neg just means he actually dies and doesn't just rewind in time. It would let her cut his sword though so that's neat.

This one is really interesting...

At the end of the day they are in the exact same situation, one shotting if they each hit. But Zero has to traverse the distance, but despite March's sense of timing, Zero's skill, experience and time slowing is something really difficult to deal with...

How likely is he to block any of the bullets with his sword instead of just evading?
