The raw scans make the case better because unlike before, you can argue the power is there in the form of it's Attack Potency, not Destructive Capacity. The issue with the argument i had was that when the gun has a specific fire method, and the projectiles have a specific speed, so when he states that and adds that he could destroy an entire country with it (assuming a single shot), it would mean that it's area of effect would be that big because of those specific means but when it fires and doesn't cause that area of effect it becomes a problem.

With the way he's saying it now, you could argue it's just the AP of the attack, plus the condensed magic argument could support this. However I'd like to point out that natural disasters isn't complete supportive evidence because a natural disaster is like an earthquake or mass tornado but those aren't alway tier 6 but if inferior characters are Tier 6-C going off Life of King's previous comments I wouldn't really have a problem with using the feat.
