Mass Effect 3: Shepard Control Ending

Hi, guys. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm new and I created this account basically to ask this question: was the ME3 Ending "Control", where Shepard becomes the Catalyst, been discussed somewhere? In that case, shouldn't Shepard scale relative to the Catalyst that controls all the Reapers, while also getting "Immortality"?

I noticed that the key to the ending "Control" is missing in his profile. I have been trying for a long time to look for threads where someone might have discussed it but sadly I couldn't find anything, maybe because not many people are interested in ME.

If anyone who has knowledge of Mass Effect or the forum could explain to me why or redirect me to a thread that I couldn't find, I would be very grateful.
