Massive Additions for Dr. Richtofen

Richtofen is missing a lot of abilities with his various wonder weapons and gobblegums. Should this revision go through, other than the Summoning Key and Elemental Shard abilities, it should also apply to any Primis character if their pages are ever created. Also, if it goes through, we're gonna need keys.

Other than the abilities he has now, he should also have Sealing with Summoning Key since in Shadows of Evil the crew were able to trap the Shadowman in the Key. Basically 2-C Sealing. Summoning should be there since the Shadowman used it to summon a massive Lovecraftian monster in Shadows of Evil. Energy Projection was also demonstrated via the Shadowman shooting lasers at you with it, and Richotfen used it to hack the computers in Der Eisendrache so Hacking. Dimensional Travel as well since in Blood of the Dead it was used to open portals. He could also get Preparation, and via this could reach High 6-A with Prep, and since he can interact with Keepers, should get Non-Physical Interaction. The Kronorium should also grant him Cosmic Awareness.

The Elemental Shards are mostly featless, and the one feat was when Richtofen used one to free all souls on Alcatraz, so that's Soul Manipulation.

Via Wonder Weapons and Perks:

-Weapon Mastery (Can use any weapon, no matter what time period it's from or how complex it is with incredible efficiency. Like, headshots only efficiency.)

-Statistics Amplification via Pack-a-Punch (Drastically increases damage from all weapons and increases their ammo count), Juggernog (Increases durability), Double-Tap (Weapons shoot faster and deal 2x damage), Speed Cola (Increases speed of reload), Ethereal Razor (vastly increases melee damage), and Stamin-Up (Increases Stamina),

-Passive Electricity Manipulation with Electric Cherry (Unleashes an electric burst whenever he reloads), Passive Thread Manipulation (Upon being hit, webs will immediately shoot out and ensnare the attacker), Immunity to Explosion Manipulation and Fall Damage with PhD Flopper (Negates any and all explosive damage no matter the source)

-Regenerationn with Quick Revive

-Berserk Mode with Dying Wish (Upon health reaching 0, players enter a berserk mode where they are immune to all damage and unfathomably enhanced melee damage)

-Enhanced Senses with Death Perception (Can see zombies through walls)

-Energy Manipulation with the Ray Gun, Ray Gun Mark II, Ray Gun Mark II-X, Y, and Z

-Electricity Manipulation with the Wunderwaffe DG-2, Zap Guns, Staff of Lightning, Dead Wire/Kill-o-Watt, and Ray Gun Mark II-V

-Gravity Manipulation with the Ragnarok DG-4 (Also has electricity manip.)

-Explosion Manipulation with Grenades, Monkey Bombs, Matryoshka Dolls, Scavenger, G-Strike, Wrath of the Ancients, and PhD Flopper

-Air Manipulation with the Thunder Gun, Thunder Wall, and Staff of Wind

-Ice Manipulation with the Winter's Howl, Cryofreeze, Winter's Wail, and Staff of Ice,

-Fire Manipulation with the Flamethrower, Staff of Fire, Gauntlet of Siegfried, Blast Furnace, and Guard of Fafnir

-Black Hole Creation with the Gersch Device, Apothicon Servant, and GKZ-45 Mk3

-Biological Manipulation with V-R11 (Turns Zombies back into humans)

-Age Manipulation with the 31-79 JGb215 (I think it's Age and not Size Manipulation because zombies literally turn into infant versions of themselves, with even their voices matching those of an infant)

-Radiation Manipulation (The Wave Gun is stated to basically microwave zombies)

-Mind Manipulation with Turned/Brain Rot (Turns Zombies into allies that kill other zombies)

-Mind Manipulation and Telekinesis(?) with the Skull of Nan Sapwe (Can hypnotize zombies and also lift them in the air and disintegrate them)

-Summoning with the Q.E.D (Can summon random guns to shoot indiscriminately), L'il Arnie, Gauntlet of Siegfried (Can use a miniature Dragon that assists players), Maxis Drone, Dragon Strike (Can call a Dragon to rain fire), Fire Work (summons a random gun that shoots in all directions), Bloodhound Bite (Can summon a wolf named Luna), and Void Bow (summons skulls that attack zombies),

-Acid Manipulation with the Acid Gat

-Homing Attack with the Hell's Retriever

-Magma Manipulation with the Magmagat and Fire Bomb

-Healing with Sehkmet's Vigor (Can revive players with one shot)

-Plant Manipulation with the KT-4

-Transformation with Spider Bait (Can turn into a spider)

-Limited Weather Manipulation with the Storm Bow (Creates a mini-thunderstorm)

-Earth Manipulation with the Fire Bow (Traps zombies with mini volcanos)

-Ectoplasmic Manipulation with the Wolf Bow (Sends a ghost wolf to attack zombies)

-Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Guard of Fafnir renders players immune to fire damage), Electricity Manipulation (Can survive electric shocks from various sources), Magma Manipulation (Takes only minor damage from the Magmagat), and possibly everything above since the players themselves aren't affected by the weapons effects.

With Gobblegums:

-Death Manipulation via summoning Nukes (Kills everything in the location), Mind Blown (Instantly gibs the heads of any enemy in sight),

-Paralysis Inducement with Fear in Headlights (Freezes enemies in sight, literally has the SCP-343/Weeping Angel effect)

-Time Stop with Killing Time (Stops time for 20 seconds. Any enemy damaged in any way will be immediately killed upon time resuming)

-Resurrection via Self-Medication (Can be revived by getting a kill in last stand)

-Statistics Deamplification via summoning Insta-Kill (Stated that IK sets all health to 1)

-Transformation with In Plain Sight (Turns players into zombies for 10 seconds)

-Statistics Amplification with Sword Flay (Increases melee damage by 6x)

-Teleportation with Anywhere But Here! (Teleports players to a random location)

-Resistance to Explosion Manipulation with Danger Closest (Renders players immune to explosions),

-Passive Fire Manipulation with Burned Out (Unleashes a fire burst upon being hit), Electricity Manipulation with Pop Shocks (Same as BO but with Electricity)

-Explosion Manipulation via Slaughter Slide (Sends 2 explosive orbs via sliding)

As for his actual stats:

AP: 9-C physically and with most firearms. 9-B with the One-Inch Punch (Can send zombies flying with a punch) and more powerful weapons, everything else looks fine.

Superhuman Lifting Strength. He can carry 3 weapons, a metal shield, various other objects like bombs/tactical grenades, and the summoning key without tiring.

Durability: Wall Level, higher with Juggernog (Can survive 5 hits from zombies, who can easily decapitate soldiers with 1 hit)

Range: Should have an Island Range with Elemental Shard since it affected all of Alcatraz Island.

Stamina: Peak Human, higher, possibly Infinite with Stamin-Up (Blacks Ops 4 has it so if you have Stamin-Up in the modifier slot you literally have infinite stamina, you can run and you never get tired.)

Intelligence: Supergenius. I believe he fits the criteria for it. Richtofen has designed many of the impossibly advanced wonder weapons in the series, and it was stated that the weapons not made by him used his work as inspiration. Richtofen holds vast and intimate knowledge of the Multiverse, and knows how to free himself from time paradoxes. He's outsmarted Dr. Monty in BO4, someone who does have Supergenius as his intelligence, and Brutus in Blood of the Dead even though he had prep time and help from the Shadowman, whose intelligence should be on par with Dr. Monty. He also claimed that he can build a particle accelerator from scratch.

Weaknesses: Extremely insane (Ultimis). For Primis, none notable except for paranoia.
 
I think Gobblegum abilities would have to be for a "Black Ops 3" or "Optional Equipment" tab, since canonically those no longer exist post that part of the series.

Also, how many of these weapons has he canonically used? Not sure he used most of those.

Immunity to Explosion Damage is NLF, its just extreme Resistance for his tier.

Also should probably add 115 induced hallucinations as a weakness.
 
I agree with the gobblegums.

I just remembered that he never used the Scavenger or V-R11, that was the COTD crew. But I'm certain he's used every other wonder weapon listed here before.

Yeah I meant to say high resistance. I think he can resist an explosion that's several times his tier since he can spam grenades blasts as his feet all day long and he won't take any damage.

The other weakness also sounds good.

What I'm really curious is what you think about the additional summoning key abilities, his High 6-A via prep, and his Supergenius intelligence. (I should also note that he has Dimensional Travel AND Portal Creation. He can open portals at will and he can transport himself and others to different dimensions)
 
I think so. Might've missed a few gobblegums though, since I was trying to include only the ones that would have any use in combat.
