I didn’t even know Kitty had a profile, if I did I would bring up moon level Snaptrap scaling.
Anyway this seems like a stomp honestly, sure Tigress has chi manip but she’s very inexperienced with it, and none of the things she can do with chi are useful against things like the freeze ray or Kitty’s weapons. Kitty also outskills via knowing more martial arts, etc.
The only thing that is kind of in Tigress’ favor is that she can enter Kitty’s mindscape with Master Ding’s spirit orbs, but Kitty still keeps her normal stats in there so it doesn’t help that much.

Counted. Also I definitely caught that Moon level Snaptrap feat. Unfortunately it’s an outlier but we can dream.

Like, let's ignore that Tigress' primary skill feats are group solos and "shes a kung fu master" for a second and... oh right, that's all Tigress does in combat.
Meanwhile Kitty has hax, regen, elasticity, ranged options that aren't throwing shit, literally flat out better skill feats, a 3x AP/dura advantage...
Literally, Tigress' only advantage over Kitty is LS, and Tigress doesn't like to grapple in the first place.
