MCU Question about Scarlet Witch being large planet level

So perhaps I missed this in the content revision thread but I thought she was possibly large planet level for pushing Thanos back with her psonics but apparently it's because she destroyed the mind stone? I thought the film implicated that since she had a connection with the mind stone, that she could destroy it. An example would be cyborg hacking the motherboard unity in Justice League: he could do it as he was a product of a motherbox. Either way this isn't an argument against her tier, just how her tiering is justified.

It sounds good, but the explanation given in the movie is never because her powers have the same origin or nature as the Mind Stone, but rather of a comparable level.
