Skeletron Prime can beat a character who also happens to have a pretty long scaling chain. Although, I can't find out the exact chain.

He should be high as he can one shot a 5-C Terrarian (who defeated moon lord who is 5-C who scales above the lunar pillars significantly in terms of damage, who scale above Lunatic Cultist, all of them are in 5-C) in rage mode, ( the terrarian). I don't think he can one shot roshi bc same tier. So...

Correct me if I am wrong but this is what I believe from gameplay and feats. I'm not sure about some of the middle but I'm sure Dungeon Guardians and SP stomp the Terrarian
