Who's the one that will get evasion maxed out first?
The ones who don't get it in time are beaten by Futaba, who's the only one with actual display of offensive power
I think it'd be an incon between Miku (who's got more turns) and Futaba (who's got actual offensive capability) if all navigators were thrown at each other
