Gypsy is technically a slur yea. One of my old workplaces had a gypsie family everyone would just call 'the gypsies' as if they had no identity beyond this, even though they clearly didn't like being reduced to 'the x' like that. That said, this is literally just her name. Its fine. In the same way you've made a match with a girl called 'the bitch' before, or you have hero's like 'black thunder', they could just like how it sounds or take pride in what would normally be taken as a slur.

Nah in this case it’s fine. Gypsy is established as someone who frequently deals with speedsters with not a lot of anti-feats iirc. Her breaches just open that fast and she’s just that accurate that she can do it in front of their nose, similarly to how Cisco dealt with Reverse Flash.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention, Cisco didn’t want to open a breach in a chopper since the event horizon would rip it apart. So Gypsy can also use her breaches offensively by essentially spawning them on her opponent.
