Metaphysical Abilities & Interaction

Do we assume that someone with metaphysical abilities (fate, info2, cm ect...) or even environmental abilities like smurf time manip are assumed to be able to interact with anything? (Bde, layered intang, nonexistant physio, ae with another aspect ect...)

So if in cross verse, A have all metaphysical abilities of the wiki but wasn't shown to interact with B layered intang or bde make all of A abilities useless?

Yes.

Hax requires feats. Having Conceptual Manipulation or Information Manipulation does not magically grant you the Range or Non-Physical Interaction to hit a character with Beyond-Dimensional Existence or Nonexistent Physiology.

If Character A's metaphysical hax has only ever worked on standard 3-D physical beings, assuming it can hit a spaceless, timeless, non-existent entity is a massive NLF. They need the feats to prove their hax can reach or affect those specific states of being.

In short, A's abilities are useless against B without the feats to back them up

2. Actually, being able to interact with abstraction do get you the ability to interact with BDE now, since abstraction shouldn't possesses dimensionality so they have BDE as well

Type 9 is just immaterial elements, which should not be superior to metaphysics which is non-physical at abstract level. So by default assumption, character capable of interacting with metaphysical aspects should be able to interact with type 9 intangibility now matter how many layered it is, unless the verse itself show otherwise

Nothing, but anyway, metaphysical aspects are abstract which make them superior to immaterial intangibility, so layered immaterial intangibility do not save you against metaphysical abilities, by default. Unless the verse itself establish otherwise

Depends on the type of intangability, but if it's NEP or some special non physical incorp, no. They would need feats, unless like Vietthai stated the incorp/intangibility is just something that can be logically assumed to be apart of reality (like matter, elements, etc)
