Why isn't time manipulation under Silver's abilities? It should be. Either way, Mewtwo seems to be more intelligent, with Silver having been manipulated into thinking Sonic was evil before iirc, and Mewtwo is more varied, with just having better all around abilities, and also stronger.

Mewtwo at his strongest is High 5-A, whereas Silver is at least 5-A, so it could really go either way. Wasn't Silver already listed among Mewtwo's losses, so why was it removed?
