Minor Danny Phantom Tier Fix?

I noticed this recently and finally have gotten around to making this thread. So currently, season 3 Danny Phantom characters scale to High 6-C, likely Low 6-B

The Low 6-B / Small Country level feat comes from Vortex who created a Planetary Storm. The calc came up to Small Country level+.

However, Storm (Marvel Comics) also created a Planetary Storm and is rated a Small Country level without the "+". It links to the Standard_Storm_Calculations page.

So I was wondering which is correct?. Do we need to add a + to Storm's rating or remove the plus from Danny Phantom ratings?.

Storm had a calc at moon level at some point due to timeframe so

Her current scaling puts her at Small Country level. Vortex has the same feat but he has a +. So I'm trying to figure out which one is right.

If the feat is genuinely the same, just use the standard one. It shouldn't be a big edit since they're in the same tier regardless.
