Minor Darkner addition (Deltarune)

Darkners should have Minor Power Bestowal (or perhaps Statistics Amplification?) for being able to power up the Thrash Machine by giving it more health, as seen here at 0:48.

Every recruit adds 5 total HP according to the Deltarune wiki.
