Alright so if I recall...

Rorschach has a very good skill feat of taking on an entire prison worth of men who hate him without dying or suffering noticeable injuries. He's also quite experienced in combat, having been a hero and taking down dangerous criminals for a few decades or so

Honestly I see Rorschach winning more times than not, seeing as to how Misato doesn't have any haxes or crazy equipment

Yeah i agree, Misato has a good feat of killing two JSDDF soldiers but the feat you are talking about sounds way more impressive tbh
