Not exactly sure iirc, and Sonic in this key completely resists RW.

Sonic resists most of Mxy’s abilities and in turn Mxy doesn’t resist Sonic’s Fate Manipulation or any other abilities that he has (It could be that Mxy’s profile needs some revisions on his P&A section, but that’s irrelevant right now), Sonic takes this pretty easily unless Mxy’s abilities are higher in potency then Sonic’s Resistances.

Mxy lacks proper proper feats because of the nature of his character, (and that fine, he cause his stories are the best), so he loses easily.

Eh, don't think he needs one. He isn't a feats type of character, just some guy who loves to mess around with Superman rather than want to grow more powerful or destroy the universe. He just reality warps for fun without hurting people (usually) and things like that. Imo his p&a is more or less fine, but might need some justification
