The self proclaimed champion of the world ((No guns or weapons)) vs The German Giant of Overwatch ((Without his suit)) 9-B versions being used, Speed equalized, since Reinhardt doesn't have his suit, he can't use his barrier nor can he use flame strike, this is all about combat.

Might have to give a slight edge to Mr. Satan due to superior unarmed combat skills. Virtually nothing is known about Reinhardt's capabilities without his standard equipment.
