Dark Souls: Gets tier 4'd eventually because as usual, the player characters are unkillable
Magic: The Gathering: People like
Liliana Vess can kill him without too much of a fuss, though he probably causes a lot more problems for the non tier 4 planeswalkers.
Bloodborne: Dark Souls except madness hax too
Berserk: Mob can't beat

Cthulhu Mythos: Not that far
Darkest Dungeo: The Heart of Darkness will destroy the earth some point in the future no matter what anyone does. If he goes to the farmstead he is now lost across time and space.
Destiny: Someone shoots mob with a gun, that gun proceeds to manipulate laws, concepts, souls, reality, life forces, and causality to kill mob, that's how the PC kills shit like Oryx with guns anyways
Warhammer 40,000: He can actually hold his own against many of the High 6-Cs, but people getting tier 5, Grey Knights, and Culexus Assassins spell doom for Mob. There could be some actually fair matches here though.
Salt and Sanctuary: The PC can't die and has higher AP so they'd win eventually.
Hotline Miami: Ah, the first of my 9-B verses.
Hollow Knight: Another one
Super Smash Bros.: Tier 2s kill him
The Legend of Zelda: There are High 6-Cs here. Maybe fair fights can happen. At worst Ganondorf should win.
DOOM: Pre Eternal, should clear. I feel like the new installment might have some rather crazy feats though, given the BFG10K that seems to trigger an earthquake and such.
Mistbor: The Gods can deal with him pretty easily. TLR might be able to with enough compounding, but he's all arrogant and stuff.
Xionic Madness: clears
Devil Daggers: A return to 9-B
Titanfall: Rounding out this tier
Katana ZERO: He's probably a better telepath than
The Psychiatrist so using what we know so far, he should win. He can wait out Chronos users cause they can't actually hurt him.
