Modern Raptor vs Prehistoric Raptor

Well depends all the raptor needs to do is land one hit to win since the latter is a glass cannon.

Peregrine falcons can swoop 240 mph and stun their targets by practically punching them. Far too fast for a velociraptor im afriad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73OvZ_l35Sw
Well the thing is that the velociraptor survived worse than the falcon's strike, the falcon needs to use it's whole body and fly at top speed to barely kill a human, while the raptor can kill a human with one claw strike to the neck.

Velociraptors were pack hunting, maybe turkey sized animals. They aren't even remotely as powerful as popular dinosaur titles portrayed them to be. Also, almost anything with the ability to puncture the carotid artery can kill a human, that includes house cats too perhaps

The Velociraptor's much bigger and has much deadlier weapons in the form of its jaws and claws, so it wins.
