G4 Luffy is Mountain level while Law is City level+. Law is capable of fighting Doflamingo but G4 Luffy can over whelm Doflamingo.
Luffy has a DC, Durability, and a speed advantage compared to Law.
This would be a pretty good fight considering Law's hax, but I can't see Law's hax over coming Luffy's superior DC, Durability, and speed.
Luffy wins Mid Diff.

Good explanation but I think Law's Hax can actually beat him because we've seen Shambles just teleports him wherever he chooses which overcomes the speed factor, and his sword slashes in his room overcomes Haki as seen in the Vergo Battle and Then Gamma Knife would just Finish him off because Luffy has no Regenerationn Capabalities
