ok let me rephrase it how does goku deal with this " Intangibility (Although the Bijuu transform into physical matter and give themselves normal biological bodies, they are primarily made entirely out of energy, and have been shown to exist in that state. As they are masses of energy in this state, they are impossible to kill by normal means)"?

Even if goku were to destroy Kurama's body he doesn't actually kill Kurama.

The intang isn't really aplied that much in a fighjt beyond kurama regenerating from most attacks (kinda like logia to a lesser extent, they are hit, but they regen)

That intangibility is Tailed Beasts effective until they regain their bodies after they die/destroyed.

Tailed Beast Ressurection is kinda Non Combat Applicable, as long as Kurama is in general unable to fight, it's Goku's win

ok thanks for clearing that up guys, Ill vote Kurama for now; He has a slight AP advantage, but other than that these to seem to be evenly matched

Bit of a mismatch since Kurama has solid Country level Durability while Goku's AP is Small Country level+ and if he even manage to cause some moderate damage the Kurama can regenrate the damage plus it has Massive Chakra to waste so Goku isn't outlasting it. Flight is Goku's only advantage but it's not going to help much if anything.

This battle is basically straight down hill for Goku.
