The only thing Mordu can to any opponent is either power null or possession or transmutation... Which Goku already resists. So basically nothing.
His post flashpoint version will probably do better (and possibly even stomp Goku) but no one made a profile for him.

Well, mordur don't have to do here, Goku just drains his stamina to 1 and most of his powers are resisted, I feel like this is a stomp.

Transmutation is via Point and Shoot Beam
Which goku will just dodge able or make miss consistently
Also on Stamina 1, he wouldn't be able to move much less stand and shoot beams of dodge able energy
