Star and Stripes needs Spatial Manipulation (via creating a spatial vacuum against Shigaraki)

Aoyama needs Light Manipulation (Hagakure states she can refract light after using it on Aoyama’s laser)

Mr. Compress needs Dimensional Storage? Kinda shaky on this one

Shihai Kuroiro needs Limited Intangibility (Cannot be hit while immersed in a dark area)

Also it's more that Aoyama technically has enough to be legit light, but using it for scaling is an outlier regardless.

I know supposed light needs to meet some standards to be actually considered light but aoyama’s lasers can’t be both light and not SoL, either they really are light and therefor SoL or we continue to say they aren’t real lasers and there’s no speed upgrade

He is just using surfaces to launch himself.

If the air was completely empty, he wouldn't be able to move through the sky, so no Pseudo-Flight.

Disagree with Spatial Manip, Star is just erasing the air, and Mr. Compress' doesn't create another dimension with his Quirk.

Aoyama and Kuroiro's abilities should be fine.

Not true. It can be light and not lightspeed.

Basically light in a vacuum doesn’t change speed, but say it moves through air or some other medium, speed of light can change.
