Before I start sub-events are basically random effects that happen when moving through the game which are confirmed to be caused by Xeno A as stated by JyNX here

Xeno A -
. Passive probability manipulation - They can theoretically make any possibility "inevitable," no matter how slight a chance it has of occurring; can make even seemingly impossible things happen with 100% certainty, and passively reduces the chance of any negative outcome, such as injury, accidents, disease, and death, to 0%. Also, since these variables are manipulated unconsciously, Xeno a cannot die of their own will even if they wanted to. Every sub-event from BPoHC was caused as a result due to their powers.
. Creation - Is capable of creating cards and coins with their attacks.
- Immortality type 1 and 8. - the chance of their cells aging, the chance of them becoming sick, the chance of injury or accidents, etc. is reduced to 0%, so they're practically immortal.
- Supernatural Bad Luck - Was stated to steal luck from others making them unlucky.
- Body Control - Can set the probability of someone running away to zero.
- Power Nullification - Dimensional Breakdown (aka Barrier Breakdown) has the ability to destroy a certain amount of barriers . Barrier Interference can slowly drain one's barrier. Speed Restriction (High Gear) (aka Locked Into Focus) makes the character unable to use flash bombs . Speed Restriction (Low Gear) makes the character unable to use regular bombs. Bomb Seal also prevents you from using Bombs
- Poison Manipulation - Miasma (aka Poison) spreads poison which deteriorates health .
- Summoning - Cover Fire (Enemy) ( aka Enemy Backup) makes laser appear at random spots .
- Invulnerability - Immortal Enemies makes Enemies unkillable
- Durability Negation - Penetration (Barrier Pierce) makes all damage taken goes straight to your health . Miasma does the same, creating poison that bypasses barriers.
- Sense Manipulation - Poor Vision (aka Blindness) makes the field of vision get reduced . Groping in the Dark (aka Invisible Movement Gauge) makes the movement gauge to be black, making it impossible to tell its position . Haphazardness ( aka Random Movement Gauge ) makes the movement gauge becomes inverted and doesn't move. Which direction the player moves at the end of the cell is decided at random . Horizontal Flip, Vertical Flip and Complete Flip makes all movement controls to be flipped
- Statistics Amplification - Firing Power (aka Enemy Power Up) increases enemy bullet damage. Increased Armor (aka Enemy HP Up) makes enemy take less damage . Movement Speed Up Increases the movement of the player character .
- Statistics Reduction - Armor Degradation (aka Enemy HP Down) makes enemies take more damage . Fading Sense of Self makes it so that every hit makes the player weaker interms of strength/power. Movement Speed Down reduces the player's movement . Giant Killing Upset (aka Giant Sudden Upset) makes killing enemies drains your shot power
- Gravity Manipulation - Gravity makes the enemy pushed downward. Anti Gravity makes the enemy pushed upward.
- Regeneration - Pacifism regenerates health as long as you are not attacking .
- Time Manipulation - Delay Barrier (aka Time field) projects a barrier that slows down bullets and the enemy.
. Stamina - Infinite ( Implied by Tsubakura to be able to go on indefinitely . Was stated by JyNX to be able to them getting tired to zero )
. Range - Tens Of Meters With Danmaku. Island with Powers (All the sub-events that occur around Mugenri are a result of Xeno A's power. Tenkai implies that the war was probably caused by their power as well)
