The size of the Jurrasic World Mosasaur was grossly overexaggerated, as they weren't nearly that big. The biggest ones reached around 50-60 feet long. Any average adult Megalodon would win due to having much bigger jaws and a more powerful bite. Add in other top marine predators and it becomes overkill against the Mosasaur.
