Most Powerful video game character

I know a lot of the really powerful characters on VS Battles are from video games. I want to know who the most powerful video game exclusive character is. If they started in a video game but are also in other mediums, only the game feats can be used.

Annoying Dog gets fodderized by The Great Will from SMT, some Elder Scrolls diety and a lot of Xenosaga characters.

While U-DO is probably the strongest (not counting VNs), the Elder Scrolls god tiers like Godhead rank really high up there.

Where is U-DO from? And what is it? A friend of mine is trying making a youtube video that is showing the most powerful of video game characters and series and I gave him all that I know were at least multiversal and above so I have... SMT, Digimon, Pokemon, Nintendo. I forgot about The Elder Scrolls series so I'll give him that as well. Is it stronger than SMT? I think it might be.

I didn't know those characters existed in TES. I suppose it outpowers SMT then. U-DO is a 1-A or High 1-A being. I forget.
