Most powerful Warhammer 40K character?

khorne is seemingly at the top of all chaos gods and all of 40k
the emperor is like a scale/meter going up and down.he never stays at one tier system.given his condition if eventually does kick the bucket, I can easily see him be 1-A to maybe even Tier 0:boundless. it hard to say with him
tzeentch use to be at the top but fluff shit happened and he had to seemingly give up his power
ynnead is destined to kill slannesh, but with the state the its in, being a premature birth, its hard to say if ynnead will ever live up to the prophecy.
slannesh is the lowest being young.
nurgel is nature but when it comes to him being power house is up for debate
ork gods could be real nusance but not a threat to the gods.
eldar gods are broken down failures
the hive mind is just a mess and its hard to say wheather is the end of all things or just another threat.
