Alright, so Scrooge has the AP advantage. That's a start

However, it may not matter much since Krabs can regenerate from being burnt to ashes, and he has the huge stamina advantage. Scrooge COULD bypass the regen if he had his equipment, but he doesn't, so Krabs can regenerate for all he wants, and it would make Scrooge exhausted as a pig. Plus, I'm pretty sure Krabs is more predisposed to violence

Krabs for the fact that it not only makes up for it, but also makes it impossible for him to die.

Yeah, but Krabs legit CAN'T die. Also, you know Krabs is powerful too, in his own right. ALSO, the stamina difference here makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Krabs to lose. Extremely High vs High is a no-brainer, mate. In my opinion, give Scrooge his guns.

I will actually say Scrooge becaus of higher physical stats, like destructive capability and speed. About the only thing Krabs has is regen, but the inconsistency it has + his much smaller size and lower stats, probably = a KO at least for Scrooge against Krabs.
