i believe so as well, people tend to mistake it for the correct translation though so based off feats its a hyperbole.

Shes fought a lightspeed opponent for a good amount of time and wasnt getting blitzed, you can also read the manga or watch episode 10-11. Not only did she fight the lightspeed opponent but she also landed hits and eventually won when help arrived. Message me if you need a link.

As for the battle i wanted to put levi against someone around her dc and durability, i was gonna put her against quicksilver but hes to fast.

it does, but thats her ability. Shes known as the god of light and her attacks are lightspeed as well as her movement speed. Lugh is only light speed in magus mode though and she was only in it during the invasion. She isnt lightspeed in base and maintaining magus mode is energy taxing.
