I feel like it's already a mistake to make the assumption that characters are the highest perceivable power level. This isn't Naruto exclusive. most verses have characters that through different interpretations can be several tiers higher and lower than usual. while vs wiki is flawed in many ways it's still just one interpretation of these characters. and the current interpretation is pretty decent. using an in-story planetary feat to scale God tiers to Planet Lvl - Large Planet Lvl. that's honestly crazy with the 0 planetary feats in Boruto. it's very possible to get them higher with statements, databooks, and narrative implications but you have to be able to prove it's consistent.
