No? I'm simply questioning how the Bijuu Bomb merchant has a wincon on Isshiki, who can shrink nearly everything from Jura. Jura Bijuu Bomb's have a notable charge up time, allowing Isshiki to shrink them, its why he told a Base Boruto, who btw is bleeding out of his chest, that it would be faster to just clobber bro to death rather than attempt a BB. Base Kawaki post having his limiters adjusted was genuinely putting belt to ass on this dude.

So while I do agree that Jura is likely the strongest character in the verse barring Shibai, it is not at all out of the ordinary to question how.

To who? Boruto or Jura? Isshiki is still comparable to the Kawaki that fought Jura via Karma mechanics, Kawaki only surpasses him after going under operation again to further increase output. As for the speed difference, Base Code can react to Karma Boruto, who's established to be weaker than Isshiki.

So the scaling line should go like this :

• V1 Kawaki (Post Op) > Isshiki ~ V2 Kawaki (Jura fight) > V1 Kawaki ~ Jura

Yea, he can heal, hit hard and use BB's. Isshiki can either shrink or absorb those BB's. Send Rods into or BFR him.

Looks nice and it's definitely an improvement but it's a little barebones.

There's a lot of basic shinobi and sharingan abilities as well as Juubi stuff and whatnot.

You can steal a lot of it from Obitos profile, including how the formatting and keys should look.

I could see the God tree feat from Momoshiki getting higher tier 7 to lower tier 6 results. Depends on which version you use ig since the anime, movie, and manga are all slightly different.

Then everyone jumps to somewhere in there tier 5 from Uzuhiko (depending on how you interpret the charge thingy).

And that's it. No other feats that really get past tier 8 to low tier 7

-Added Hashirama Cells abilities and resistances to his Revived self, all the ones accepted in Obito's Profile
-Adding to his revived self due to his Alive self not even using those, basically lol
-Self Sustenance type 2, Immo types 2 & 3 and Wood Style
-Resists~ Corruption Types 1 & 2, Bio Manip, Transmutation & Mad Manip (Type 1)
-Added Jūbi Jinchūriki abilities and resistances to his homonimous self, all the ones accepted in Obito's Profile
-Made "Jūbi Jinchūriki" a single thing indexing-wise since the only thing separating them was an easily unitable "Post-Shinju Absorption"
-Wrote a small continuation of the Stamina section so that it's not needed to copypaste the same text for 3 keys but also properly indexes Madara's Revived and Jūbi Jinchūriki selves
-Small wank rework of the intelligence section
-Removed the Kamui note since he doesn't even get it as an optional power or anything alike
