why are you asking like there is Juugo in this fight? there are only Naruto and Kabuto here and no basically Kabuto use juugo to absorb natural chakra not the chakra tecniques

Kabuto stomps, essentially.
He knows pretty much everything there is to know about Naruto, while Naruto knows nearly nothing. This will be Naruto's undoing.
I could go over Kabuto's plethora of haxes, but what's the point? Naruto can't do anything about that Genjutsu as he's not a Perfect Jinchūriki in this key yet.
Even without the Genjutsu, Kabuto still likely murks him. He has comparable regeneration to Naruto's own, in addition to the body replacement technique. He can blind and disorient Naruto with his white Dragon. He has complete control over the terrain, and can pin Naruto down. He can destroy his clones by either spamming Kimimaro's bones from the ground, spawning spikes from the ground itself, or summoning a ton of snakes.
His sensory capabilities are far better than KCM's, because Sage Mode is just better than it and has extra perks.
Kabuto can also negate his durability with his constant use of the chakra scalpel.

Well, you can make this a bit more fair if you change Naruto to his "Post-Kurama link KCM" self. That way at least genjutsu gg will be kinda dealt with. I still think Kabuto would win personally, but at least it probably won't be a stomp.

MKCM Naruto vs SM Kabuto is a super balanced match up that can really go either way.
Argument for Naruto:
-Scales to a stronger version of Sasuke than Kabuto after obtaining more hatred amps
-Has far more stamina
-Likely has more AP with Massive Rasengans and Rasenshurikens and Shadow Clone spam
-Rasenshuriken is a perfect counter to Kabuto's regen
-Sensory abilities will counter sneak attack attempts from bones and such
-Kurama can break him out of genjutsu so that he can surprise attack Kabuto when he gets close, similar to Sakura against Sasori, and ironically enough, Kabuto against Itachi
-Naruto understands a lot of aspects of Kabuto's SM, while Kabuto doesn't know much about KCM
-I'd argue Naruto has better regen
-He has Kurama for tactical assistance, and Kurama was leading even Kakashi, so they're a team of two great strategists
Argument for Kabuto:
-Sasuke probably didn't get that much stronger from the KF to the Juubi fight since he didn't do any fighting inbetween, and Kabuto was kinda mopping Sasuke
-Kabuto is more intelligent and far more versatile than Naruto
-He knows a lot about Naruto's personality and base abilities
-Is incredibly hard to even damage, letalone kill
-Can potentially one shot Naruto with Chakra Scalpel if he inflicts a well aimed injury
-Naruto has no good counters to Inorganic Animation, except maybe surrounding himself with shadow clones to tank the spikes
-Naruto will have a harder time tagging him than the other way around
Overall, I'd say Kabuto's argument is more solid, but it'd probably be a high diff fight either way.

Tbf, Sasuke can't shoot a Susano'o Bolt, catch it if it misses multiple times and sling it back towards the target like Naruto can with the Rasenshuriken like he did against the 4th Raikage, so it might be harder to avoid that the Susano'o Bolt.
