Naruto Vs Dan Phantom

i vote Naruto: Naruto is a genius in battle and can fight at home wich he can use at his advantage, can predict Dan moves by the negative emotion detection, overpower him with his clones, rasenshurikens, and Kurama, and most importantly Naruto can resist most of Dan powers

Do to a recent revision Dan has been upgraded to 6-B so he pretty much stomps.
Also, Dan's hax is beyond Naruto's resistances as he's already can effect people who already have resistance to his hax. Tie in the fact that Dan can counter Naruto's stat amps with his own and has various was to ignore durability, has an intangibility type Naruto can't interact with, time travel and a few other things like Attack Reflection forcefields and so on.
Naruto's only advantage is clones and fighting skill, and Rasensuriken but that's not enough. Dan can easily just outlast him.
