Boros has a 108x speed amp. I think Boros blitzes if he turn MB first. I believe this is how the fight will play out:

Isshiki fills Boros with the Black Receiver Rods, but Boros regenerates

Boros turns MB and blitzes Isshiki

Black receivers paralyses the opponent

And once a speed amp is a blitz, it cannot be used in SBA, especially the fact that isshiki is actually faster normally
