Naruto has sensing, so he will be able to tell how much power supes has.

He spams clones, transform some of them for surprise attacks, and tries to get a rasenshuriken hit in, Narutos regen might allow him to survive an attack as long as not aimed to the head, and supes woukd likely go in h2h.

Going with naruto, as rasenshuriken can damage supes badly enough to incapacitate as long as well placed, and naruto has pretty much danmaku

Weekly isn't the best person to ask for threads about abilites. From what I recall in Raiden vs Ryuko, Ryu said that only time based speed amplification is allowed

Let's look at it like this...

• Naruto grossly beats Supes in Versatility and Tactics. This alone negs Supes winning by having a AP advantage in question (It also depends on how much stronger supes is)

• Naruto has an attack that ignores Durability to an extent.

• With Speed Equal, Naruto has the advantage given SM's Sensing and KCM Intent Sensing. I'd argue that supes would have a hard time tagging Naruto tbf, despite equal speed.

Supes Heat vision is Linear. It's damn there a non-factor.

Unless this is an AP stomp, Naruto wins on the basis Of:

• Being a better tactician

• Being more versitile

• Having an attack that ignores Durability to an extent.
