Ok so i been researching the typemoon wiki and several other web site for the last few hour or so trying to figure out how various consept work and the page on the wiki about mystery tell me almost nothing about how it work so can some body explain to me like were does mystery come from, how does is affect mage craft, and finally why does it die when people found out about it.

Mystery is what it sounds like. The less is known/understood about something, the more inherently "mystical" it is. Ancient things tend to be less-understood, so the general rule of "Older is Better" in the Nasuverse comes from that, since more Mystery generally means more power. Mystery is still something that's built-up, though, so it can be lost regardless of something's age. Thus why museum artifacts aren't necessarily magical, since damage and change of form causes loss in Mystery.

Things with higher Mystery overpower those with less, which is why Servants are basically immune to anything that lacks Mystery (i.e. guns and shit). Anything more detailed than that is out of my league. Someone else can explain it better.
