Necros has the speed and intellegence advantage, whereas STTGL has slightly better stats on everything else. Necros in Death God form does have very noteworthy hax, such as Death's Judgement, but in the end, I gotta give it to the mecha that can pierce the heavens and universe via simply two things: Reality Manipulation and Probability Manipulation.
Probability Manipulation because whatever attacks or hax Necros tries to do, will be instantly dodged, or denied.
Reality Manipulation's a no brainer. STTGL would simply erase Necros out of existance or make all of his powers go away, making him powerless.

Bro Necros also has both Reality Warping and Probability Manipulation
