city level i think i dont you will need to ask someone else

I'd bet on multi-city block to small town level if you only mean the hill. It looks like there's a tiny, barely visible tree at the base of the rightmost hill of the three furthest, so it could be possible to scale it to that for a rough estimate on its size (rough cause trees can vary greatly in size).

it looks like you can fit 2 more disk on that island. If you destroyed it.. Would it be multiple city to mountain level?
