I want to add to Nene Yashiro's profile that she scales to Low 2-C with the hourglass due to the reasoning from this page: "In accordance with the established Tiering System, an event that results in the destruction or creation of a universe or timeline is ranked as Low 2-C (Universe level+). This designation requires that the affected area encompasses a substantial four-dimensional space, exhibits more than countably infinite superiority over three-dimensional spaces, or comprises the entire space-time continuum. To meet these criteria, the entire timeline must be destroyed or created, taking into account all moments in time."
In chapter 126, Nene gains possession of an hourglass that allows her to go back in time and change the future. The limitations being that this hourglass prevents Nene from changing the future in such a way as to get her desired result of all her friends living along with only giving her a short time window of a couple minutes to make any changes. This provides limitations, but despite those limits, she still manages to create a new timeline where different events occur.
