So, i think Plankton could have a profile and that goes for the other villains and maybe the evil syndicate as a civilization.

Yes, the evil syndicate could have a profile but, they'd need individual profiles first. If no one else makes them, I'll do them when I can but right now, my attention is on other verses that need more updating.
