Ninjago: Tier Upgrade

So, in this CRT, Lloyd was upgraded to High 4-C due to enduring Shatterspin attacks, which are treated as 10x above 4-C. However, I noticed that he is not the only one:

• Kai was to able to endure a hit from Cinder with Shatterspin, twice, even performing Spinjitzu afterwards.
• Wyldfyre withstood two hits from Cinder with Shatterspin, being able to attack him later.
• Nya can endure a hit from Nokt with Shatterspin and harm him with Spinjitzu. (Nokt here has red eyes and does not use his element, meaning he logically is using Shatterspin here. Normally, he has blue eyes)
• Nya matches SS Jay in element.
• Nya endures a beating from SS Jay while not wanting to hurt him.

Lloyd himself is not exactly portrayed as equal to Cinder, as he still loses and runs away in the end. So the conclusion I came to is that it's not about Lloyd being special, but just the verse simply not treating 10x as small enough gap for characters and capable to be endured or fought against, so everyone who currently scales to 4-C should instead have "4-C, at most High 4-C" (or "at least 4-C, at most High 4-C" for those who are shown as above baseline Ninjas, like Lloyd). This is similar to how Ben 10 currently has some characters at "At least High 6-A, at most 4-B".

Note: The reason it extends to everyone and not just DR characters is because it's about the gap, not the feats specific to one character: DR characters simply examplify that 10x gap being capable to be fought against. Consider it in terms of math, like an equation "character <= character * 10" or something.

This affects pretty much everyone in the verse except Top Tiers, since the Top Tiers are simply Low 1-C.

These 2 aren't really good examples as the 1st had Wyldfyre having her leg shattered and the second is Nya being amped by 2 elements. Im not going to disagree rn given that it looks like a high balling maximum the guys can reach and the existence of FS users
