This fight is a lot more fair than Dwight VS Butch the Bully (Even though Butch got deleted)

Perks like Dead Hard can help Dwight catch up to Noah + Dwight can use bandages to regenerate himself

Can't use them when they start within the range of Noah's gun, plus can't bandage in the middle of being shot to hell.
