Notability View Requirements

If we decide to have different thresholds for different kinds of content, as DT suggested, I'd make that the baseline for 20+ minute stuff, scaling to 250k for ~5 minute stuff, and 2.5 mil for ~30 second stuff.
I don't find scaling the requirement based on length unreasonable for our purposes.

I also had the idea that we just literally label the requirement as 'officially published or having cultural relevance' then have a list of things that might indicate cultural relevance, including a view number, the cosplay idea from earlier, and other metrics.

Then we could have some standard expectation for numbers while also technically leaving it open for exceptions.

Reviews were referenced earlier as well. There's indie games which don't publish download data but have videos about them by YouTube reviewers that have millions of views. This seems somewhat significant to me as well.

I mentioned this in the conversation on Discord, actually. The Monument Mythos brought it up. No single video of the Mythos has as many views, but there's a review of it with 18 million; I would happily accept that as evidence of something being significant enough.
