Numeron Dragon, I feel it should have slightly superior Hax to Mogul. It should also be smarter.

I'd have to say, that the real question is, what opponent is more potent into taking out the other easily. That would have to go to the Numeron Dragon, due to its hax.

I'll go with numero dragon due to hax indeed. Also as I said in this thread (https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/437541), numeron dragon didn't created a "simple" universe but a multiverse that is more complex than what we think:

- mind manipulation is when you have multiple abilities to mess with someone's mind (telepathy, mind control, mind reading etc ...). The feat he performed should "only" count as "memory manipulation".
- I'd like to know to what extend his stolen time manipulation ability is. Just Astral using the numeron code created by number 100 was able to change reality/time and revive the seven barian emperors (and there victims). Which means number 100's time manipulation power is most likely even stronger. So he really needs to have a high level of time manipulaiton.

Anyway that's really hard to tell who would win. Due to the fact number 100 created the universe but never really interfered he doesn't have many hax compared to mammoth mogul, but on the other hand, number 100 created a more complex multiverse than what most people think at first.
